We want you to love your Halo® Extractor. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery through your customer account.

Returns require prior approval and a brief feedback form or interview to help us improve our design.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions and—when applicable—a prepaid label.

Used products are accepted under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Return Shipping: Customers provide return shipping unless otherwise approved (for example, after completing a feedback interview).

Final-sale items (e.g., LoopCleaner™ Packs) are not eligible for return.

Refund method: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
